Under new Ownership / Management we are a leading marine service centre in the South East of Melbourne. We provide installation, maintenance and repair services on anything and everything marine. We strive to offer the best service possible, where nothing is impossible and to do this we are fitting out our new premises with 1st class tools and equipment and now seeking the best Marine Mechanics / Technicians to join the team.
Who You Are
Someone who strives to be the best in their field, who will never settle for second best. Someone who is excited about working on a variety of vessels, ranging from PWCs, through Recreational Fishing Vessels to High Performance Boats and Multi-million dollar pleasure craft. To get the best we are prepared to offer industry leading packages, but as a prerequisite to be considered for this role you will need to fulfil the following requirements.
- Experience in Service and Repair of Inboard, Sterndrive and Outboard engines – Excellent understanding of Marine Mechanics and Auto-electrical.
- Be able to diagnose problems and offer solutions.
- Be trade qualified in marine trades or similar.
- Well organised and able to handle multiple tasks and report job status
- Exhibit good Time management skills and be punctual.
- Ability to work unsupervised while also being able to effectively take direction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment maintaining a positive attitude.
- Great attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Keen to learn new skills.
- Want to be a key part of a 1st class Team.
